The TCS Sargodha facility has been strategically designed as a commercial-grade logistics and office structure, optimized for courier operations, warehousing, and branch-level administration. This phase includes the grey structure documentation, covering all base-level construction elements up to roof level—prior to any finishing, MEP, or branding installations.
